All Royal Arch Companions are invited to attend the first Constitution and Consecration of a Chapter in Derbyshire for 28 years.
The ceremony will start at 11am (be seated by 10.30) and be followed by lunch at around 1pm.
Musket, Pike and Drum Chapter is attached to the Lodge of the same name and number, and attracts Historical Re-enactors of events from all periods of History. Many (except the officers of the Chapter) wear Period Costume and their ritual is somewhat eccentric. The Lodge members come from all over the country and many are now ready to complete their journey in pure and ancient masonry by taking their fourth step in this new Derbyshire Chapter.
This is an event not to be missed. Lunch will cost £30 including wine and 4 courses.
